We at Adeste are prudent in our selection of caregivers. Please note there are several steps in the process to becoming a valued member of our team. Each applicant is referred to the next step in the process if applicant is to receive further consideration.
Interview Process Steps
1. Website questionnaire
2. Phone screening
3. Completion of Application Packet
4. Face to face interview
A background check will be required.
Please note that any applicant who has a felony or any charge involving the endangerment or neglect of a person at risk on their record will not be eligible to work with this agency. In addition, misdemeanors within the past five years are in question and will be decided on an individual basis depending on the type of charge and outcome of charges.
Applications will be kept on file for six months.
